I have a question please awnser me

If they do go broody you don't want to hatch the eggs they just start laying. Their bodies need time to get the eggs right before they will be more viable for hatching.

Roosters crow because they can. It has little to do with mating. My roo started crowing at 7 weeks and didn't sexually mature for another 6 weeks.

You don't need a nest for mating either. A nest box is recommended for hens to lay their eggs in, only so that you can find the eggs. If your chickens free range, they'll lay eggs wherever they want. And you won't get babies from the eggs unless the eggs are kept at a constant temperature and turned regularly, which a broody hen will do. But some hens don't care to go broody to raise babies. Or you can incubate the eggs yourself if you want.

Right now you should be watching the pullets' combs. When they get bigger and redder, it means they're closer to laying age, known as "POL" or Point of Lay.

You should research some of the threads on here. There are all different ways people incubate and different types of incubators.
You can also ask in the incubating and hatching forum for suggestions and help. Those guys are way more knowledgeable! :D
