I have a Question.

Yes, a lot of incubators' thermometer s are wrong. I'm almost certain they search out the world's cheapest thermometers and slap them in incubators. Mine reads 70 when the incubator is 95. Its done that since the day we bought it

Certainly! When I first started incubating I fell fowl of a cheap Chinese incubator :( I trusted the incubator which was a total disaster as it totally cooked the eggs and ruined them. Never again and I upgraded to a Brinsea. More money yes but totally worth it in the long run.

My Dad tried to hatch a few when I was little. I have no memory of it, but I would say he just threw them in there and maybe checked the thermometer once every day or so. Needless to say, he never got any to hatch.
