I have a RIR Roo that needs to be put in the freezer

hi everyone i have a year old RIR rooster that i need to put in the freezer he is starting to get mean and i do not want to take chances of him attacking my kids but this would be my first time to ever kill a chicken for its meat and i am not sure on how to do it. If someone could please explain how to do it or suggest a good website on how to i would greatly appreciate it

The links provided should help. We did 6 chickens this past weekend in about 20 minutes so once you do it a few times there really isn't that much to it. Good luck.
