I have a RIR that looks a little funny?

I am new to chicken raising and was giving 4 chickens to start with they are all pullets no males.
I was told 2 were Leghorns and 2 Rhode Island Reds.
One of the RIR has a fluffy head, very light orange feathers and green feet?
Where as the other one is a dark red and orange yellow feet?
Can anyone tell me if these 2 babies are the same chickens?
This them side by side the picture does not do her green feet justice.
