My Americana is usually just laying down, sometimes on it's side. It has a hard time standing up then limps around a bit until it is walking for a short time. It seems to be eating and drinking but doesn't move around a lot. At night it sleeps on the floor not on a roost.
I have no idea what to do! can anyone help?

How old is she?
What type of food/treats to you provide?
If she is old enough to lay eggs, when was the last time she laid an egg - was it normal? How does her abdomen feel?
Any signs of respiratory illness/distress - coughing, wheezing, runny nose/eyes?
Was she vaccinated for Marek's?
How long has she been like this?

Have you examined her for any injuries, to the legs/feet -look at the bottom of her feet too or any injury to the wings?

You may want to separate her so you can monitor her food/water intake. Offer some poultry vitamins in her water. Give her some extra protein by offering some egg, tuna, mackerel or meat.
