I have a sick chicken help!!!

My Chicken somehow got left out of the coop last night when we closed the pin. She was laying next to the coop this morning very limp & lethargic, I picked her up & brought her out into the yard trying to get her to stand. When I would try to get her to stand she would just fall over. I have gotten her to eat some oatmeal, some plain noodles & some tomatoes as well as drink some water. I have her isolated from the other chickens right now and she's standing a little bit but seems really weak. What can I do to help her? I'm knew to raising chickens.

If you're not seeing any wounds on her, I would think it's stress related. Pershaps she got chased by a predator and barely escaped??? Serious stress like that can put an animal into shock. If that's the case, she should be physically "normal" within a day or two, although she may act "off" for a while...

We have been giving our girl some extra love & attention and some extra food and today for the first time SHE TOOK SOME STEPS!!! Oh I can't tell you how good it felt to see her walk over to the bowl to get some veggies with a little treat of some croutons LOL ontop. She is still really thin so I need to get some weight back on her but we are Praying she is on the mend.
