I have a sick Hen. Need help!

I recently lost a hen. She had a yellow green diarrhea, stopped eating or drinking. I did everything I could but she died. AT the end, her breathing was labored. Now I have a second chicken who has become sick. She too has a pasted bottom with the same diarrhea. I have her on Duravent and yogurt. I am scared she too will die and maybe the others (3 more). I removed all bedding and used bleach water to disinfect the coop and nursing cages. Does anyone have an idea what this could be and what I should do?

How long has it been since you wormed your flock?

I haven't. What do I need to get? I use apple cider vinegar in their water..........

I use Safeguard. When this bottle is empty, I will use Valbazen.

ACV will not do anything to get rid of worms.
