I have a sick roo and need advise please

Whew what a close call!!!

Right! Well i took them back yesterday almost 70 miles one way but i guess it's worth it to keep my flock safe from sickness. I found another breeder that has blue show stock of ameraucana's and i am going there today to pick out and 4 month old roo from them. I will be disinfecting the area where the sick birds were so no worries there. I will post pic of my new boy this evening. Thanks for the advice here i sure appreciate it!

Congratulations on making the correct move! Make sure everything is bleached really well. Good luck with your new babies! Can't wait to see pics!

Maybe you should get a pullet, too...someone to keep him company during quarantine

Thanks yes i am going to bleach and let dry off in the sun to kill anything in there.
