To go along with all the other wacky animals (and humans!) on this farm!
I have a male betta fish that shares a small tank with two cory cats leftover from when I had a larger tank. The cory cats are male and female.
Recently my betta has started fighting with the male cory. I can usually distract him from his harrassment by offering him food. He loves to eat. Now, here's the weird part. Yesterday I saw the betta attempting to wrap himself around the female cory, as if mating her.
Tell me this fish can't tell the difference between a male cory and a female and he wasn't doing what I think he was doing??
