I have a weak 12 week old chick. What is best for her?

I have a 12 week old buttercup. She is very weak snd I don’t know what is best for her. She keeps getting pecked at, and yesterday I went outside to check on her, and she got severely injured on her head. She also has a deformed leg and can’t really walk. Should I say goodbye to her or hope she gets better and stronger?

Is there anyway you can separate her, but still keep her with the rest of the flock? I have a hen that only has use of one leg. She hops on her good leg to get around. I keep her in the run with the rest of her flock, but I sectioned off an area just for her to keep her safe from the others pecking.
