I have an 11 week old chick with scabs on her tail feathers.

I don't see her being picked on but on the root of her tail feathers she has scabs on both sides.

Do I worry?

I thought chicks would be slightly easier than Guineas but it's literally just different worries.

You must mean scabs on the skin at the base of her feathers, not scabs on the feathers themselves.

Yes. Sitting in the pen protecting my smaller one I noticed it on a different one.

They are killing me 😐
 
I'm trying but its my most feral hen. I can only see it when she fluffs out. About the size of a dime scabs on the root of her feathers. Right and left.
Can you get some help holding this bird for pics?
Often easiest to 'catch' them off the roost after dark.
 
How much space do they have? Sounds like pecking which frequently is caused by over crowding.

The run is 3 x 7 and I have 5 birds.

They all squeeze together in the coop on the roost. There is plenty of room on the roost and 2 others but they all squish together.
