I HAVE AN IMPORTANT QUESTION ABOUT FEEDING NEWLY HATCHED CHICKS

Hi!
I have been doing this chicken addicyion for 4-5 years now but I've never come accross this dilema yet.
I recently has a few baby dicks. I have an entire, unopened bag of baby duck food. This weekend chicks I am incubating are due to start hatching. I haven't gotten chick food yet, so I'm wondering, Can I use the duckling food????

I have been told that the duckling food has to much protein for chicks. I recommend just using chick start and grow food.

well a bit of that food and then some smashed veggies like cooked carrots n peas n sweet taters ect they will be fine till ya can get some layer food.
