I Have Another Problem With One of my Chicks😔

I just noticed this on one of my silkie chicks. Somehow, its three toes fused together and now the longest one is ticked under. I don't know if I'd be able to flatten out its foot and make a shoe for it. Is there anything I can do for it? I know it will become bruised over time and probably won't be the best for it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! (Included are pics of chicks foot)

I am a 3 year Newbie so this is a very humble, simple idea that worked for me / But if experienced chicken folk say otherwise, trust them!

I used these splints and tape successfully.
