Congrats!

I was also very surprised cause i decided to put 13 quail eggs in the bator with some turkey and Cuckoo Maran eggs and i wasn't even expecting anything out of them, and i got 10! My Cuckoo's are hatching as we speak there is one out and several others with pips. Then the turkey eggs are due anywhere from 5-7 days.

Not sure whether its a hen or roo, I am not good at sexing

If the barred was the mama then the chick would be solid black for girl or barred for boy. One of the great things I've learned here on BYC.
