My SLW started laying at 20 weeks in December in Maine. And laid all winter without heat in a thin TSC coop or light.

Still a little young, even for those breeds. Even the super hybrids take around 16 weeks at least

My barred rocks laid very late at 25-30 weeks old. It can take some time it seems for some to start laying eggs.
