I have eggs coming out of my ears!

I have 5 dozen eggs from the past two weeks, and they just keep laying more. I just put about 20 in the incubator, even though I really don't need any more chickens.

What do you do with all your extra eggs? No one else but us wants to eat them--they all would prefer store eggs.

I don't have quite enough eggs to sell regularly.

How many eggs is it healthy to eat? We already eat 2 each (for the 3 of us) every day for breakfast. Now we're going to have to start eating quiches for lunch and supper.

LOL. Ok so what is quiche? Any good receipes you can provide, because I have LOTS of eggs too.

Make quiches and sell them ...they will sell, I know I buy them.

Make pound cake, crack some into ice cube trays and freeze for winter slowdown, make a bacon and spinach frittatta (and invite me for dinner!) Sell them for $3 a dozen, farm fresh...

And why on earth are the chickens laying in your ears, get them some nest boxes!

Coming out of your EARS? Call the National Enquirer!

Look online for quiche recipes, they will freeze beautifully.
Also- I didn't have many eggs, but my vet started buying 3 dozen a week from me. I explained that some weeks I'd have more, some less, and it was no problem.
