I hard boil them and feed them back to the chickens as a mash they love that especially in the wintertime, freeze some, occasionally sell some to pay for feed, and finally I give away a lot as several of my neighbors are older and on limited incomes. Good luck!

My mom did not like eggs, she very rarely made them when we were growing up! Yep. I'm a freak. LOL. It looks pretty good, I think I will make some this weekend.

Martha Stewart takes them to the studio and puts them out in a large bowl with a sign saying take as many as you want. Maybe you can give them away?

Check your local feed store some may be willing to buy them. I just found one here that will buy my surplu eggs for resale, Of course I get less but it beats throwing out rotten eggs!

I make and freeze my quiche
but I take a whole day to make quite a few for freezing.

then in the colder months we have a nice
hot dinner and I dont have to cook as much,


just heat and eat.on days that I am busy with other things.
on the days
the ladies are resting.
and the egg delivery slows down.
