I have female duck that's lost her quack

She makes her other noises and flirts lots with her mate and she seems happy and acting her usual self can somebody help me please

She has been mating loads in small puddles and the dogs water bowls I'm just assuming that my drake has hurt her kneck cause he's bigger than her

She makes this noise like a loose fence panel in the wind when she does her chattering with her mate as well

Could she of injured her kneck through mating I've noticed she has got territorial towards the dog and cat she is a runner mix and the Drake is swedish blue

Sometimes ducks will eat a pebble or something sharp, and it ends up damaging their voice box, and consequently leads to a few days/week of loss of voice. If she doesn’t appear to be exhibiting any other symptoms, I wouldn’t be concerned.
