I used to have a friend that was a manager at a McDonalds(long ago) she informed me that if you didn't like your sandwich for any reason, you could return it for a new one NO MATTER HOW MUCH OF IT WAS LEFT

Don't get angry about your sandwich, next time you goto MC, order something, eat most of it, then take it to the counter and tell them you didnt want (insert here) or that it was cold.
Then if you like, do it again when your almost done with the second one... have fun with it.
Mc knows their food sucks so their willing to give you more of it to ease their guilt.
Here is another tip: next time you go into an all night restarant chain - You know the ones.
If you get crappy service and want to have a little fun, order a three minute egg; don't explain it to them, just order one, the cooks in those places have no clue how to make them and you get all kinds of variations of " the wrong thing"
Then you get to send it back... repeatedly, but the best part is... they cant spit in it, cause its still in the shell
I spent a large portion of my working career dealing with drunk people, some of whom even threatend to shoot me when I got off work because they didn't like the type of music I was playing.
When it's your time to be the customer, you deserve a little customer service and if you don't get it....

Gosh Catalina, that would be awful. At least I dont have to answer the phone for them!
