I have isa brown chicks that I got from tractor supply and I need help determining if they are pulle

All ISA Browns are female and ISA White are males.
No. Two different types of sexlinking going on. ISA Browns are a red sexlink, males and females look different at hatch. They are sexable by coloring. ISA Whites are feathering sexlinks. They are sexable by the rate of feather development. Those are not different names for females and males. Those are two different types of sexlinks.

Mine looked just like yours and they were hens! I had one rooster out of the bin and he was all white at that age. So your in luck! Welcome to BYC!
What did your rooster end up looking like? I have 3 Isa Brown, they were supposed to be pullets but I think I have a cockerel. He is awesome personality wise but he’s a boring white. I’m gonna keep him but hope he gets flashier.

He should. The males usually get red/gold leakage on the wings/shoulders and sometimes neck. It just takes a while to develop and come in.

Here’s an example of an ISA Brown rooster.
