Do you also toss out a handful of donuts to the stock broker "girls" to keep them content in the morning? Remember to keep it below 10% of their diet and they'll be fine.

Hey, It's Cap. I'm from Israel.
And Yes, funny you're mentioning it. I talked to HR and asked for a small budget for 'morale'. So it's basically four of those big bags of mini Kit-Kats and premium espresso capsules per week, Instead of saying good morning to everyone, I walk in throwing kit kats and capsules at the workers, they like it. they expect it. I know who likes what, I give the good stuff to those who can handle their own tech issues and isn't giving me a hard time. part of my morning routine, very crucial for ... 'morale' :)
