I have no idea what I am doing

As you all know I struggle daily over weather or not we are doing what's best for Lucky and is she happy and will she continue to be happy and stay with us. The latest issue is that she doesn't like her things touched like her toys and her food and water or her beds, even cleaning her poop is a problem in the last week she has been bitting and I've just about reached the end of my patience with that. Basically taking it personally, feeling like we failed her in some way or that she wasn't happy here or didn't like us. After speaking to Jen she pointed out that we have a teenager now and that she is not a baby any more. Hard to believe it's only 7 weeks. Every day is a new adjustment for all of us and something new to contend with. We just want what is best for her and it's not always so easy to do lol.

Have you tried taking her cell phone away?

I'm worried about raccoons

I know. . I have those too. But using the small mesh on the top and sides of the enclosure should keep her safe. And if you need to you can always lock her in her house at night. . I don't usually see raccoons during the day.

Mixed reviews here. . I think like anything else after a while a determined animal would probably get used to seeing it and not care. I'll probably just get a regular solar motion light just so I will have light out there if I need to go out there in the dark.

I would say "remove all electronics" but that might be a little harsh. If she keeps biting after you take away the cell phone, restrict her video game access.

Agree, they will habituate especially raccoons. If the motion sensor is cheaper it will probly work just as well.

She going to sleep outside!? I thought the outdoor pen was just a play area.

Hi all. I am getting ready to work on Lucky's pond this weekend but it quite large and the center of the pond is about 2 ft deep. What I want to do is fill the center (the deepest part) with something like an expandable foam so I am not wasting more water than I need to every time i need to fill it and then it will only be about 18 inches deep. Any suggestions?

It is a preformed black plastic pond. I'm hoping to fill the deep end with something and burry that part leaving the upper 18 inches above ground and add a valve to empty it easily.

I don't know what kind of foam you could use that wouldn't eventually disintegrate or she would likely pick at it. Maybe just some flat rock in the deep part to take up some volume?
