I have no idea what I am doing

I will call tomorrow and ask. What is that
They put poop on a slide, add stain, then check for bacteria. One color is gram negative bacteria, the other color is gram positive bacteria. If you hav your invoice it should say what tests they did.

The receipt says fecal direct smear and fecal parasite exam and all were negative
does not sound like they id a gram stain

bring them another sample and ask them for a gram stain
just because she is on an antibiotic doesnt mean the antibiotic she is on is treating the right infection, there might not even be an infection
the gram stain will tell us what bacteria (if any) are present

She still isn't eating her food but she will eat the dried worms and feeder fish. Yesterday she ate 6 small fish. Her poop still has some of that really bright green although less than what it's been. She seems to be acting normal but still on meds and I hope to get fecal results today from the vet

@Pyxis could he offer some corn and other grains with perhaps vitamins added to see if she'll eat that instead? Or put some fish oil on her pellets to flavor them?

Cooked oatmeal was a winter fav for my chickens...
