Good!! When I worked in an office I brought in all sorts of critters- never a hatching egg though!

You can if you want but i do not see your egg?....You can remove just the pip hole shell back and only the membrane there...Do not get crazy and start chipping away the shell...He might need the tiniest bit of help...If you don't understand then do not proceed....
