I have round worms help

My chickens have round worms. I have safeguard goat dewormer liquid. How much do I give them by syringe

If you want to treat for only roundworms, give 1/4 ml per pound once and then again in 10-14 days. If you want to treat for most all worms, give the same dose for 5 straight days.
