The fence helps, he has started honking his horn since he can't give us dirty looks. Poor man baby, he just is not getting enough attention. Our other neighbor confronted him about the honking and he said it was for safety since our fence was so tall, when confronted a second time he said talk to my dad! so they did, daddy defended his man baby. Ugh

I used to have an old man next door who would sit in a lawn chair in his garage (which faced our house) and smoke. For hours. I understand that his wife didn't want him smoking in the house and he was protected from rain and wind there but it was unnerving to be watched every time I worked in the garden. As soon as I started something outside, he'd show up in that garage.
