I have to work on hatch day!!! Help!?!?

Should I be concerned? I work till four and am freaking out! Should I be there? Or will they be ok in the incubator till I get home if they hatch while I'm gone?

They will be fine in the incubator until you get home once they hatch they don't need food or water for up to 72 hours after they hatch

I agree they will be fine untill you get home. For me this a plus as if I'm there I get nothing done as I'm glued to the incubator watching them!! When really I should be getting on with chores!! My chicks stay in the incubator for 24 hours after they hatch and they are fine. The only time I open is when hatch is complete or the incubator is cram packed with hatched chicks. I like to let nature take its course and not interfere with them.

I am now on lock down and cant stop staring at this motionless eggs lol worrying about humidity and temperature lol I just cant wait! its driving me crazy lol I candled today and all 16 are doing good!!! thanks everyone for your advice!!
