I have two chickens out of 4 that are starting to lay I have older ones mixed in and when do you start everyone back on layer feed?

I have 5 adult chickens and 4 18 week olds, and two of the 18 weeks old are starting to lay but the other two are not, I have oyster shell available for the older ones, its been 4 years since I added more chickens and when can I start them all up on layer feed again? since the other two 18 week olds are not laying yet,

Personally I don't ever give layer feed. I just use all flock with oyster shell on the side.

I've never feed layer feed. I've only ever feed Flock Raiser with oyster shell on the side. It's appropriate for all stages of a chickens life and for both genders.
