my male quails not calling. i have 2males and 1 hen. how much time hen take for lay eggs>

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

What breed to you keep? How old are they? Quail are seasonal layers and will start up when they are of the right age and the time of year signals them to start breeding and laying.

However for which ever breed you are keeping, two males will be too much on one hen. So you will need to get the ratio proper for which ever breed you keep.

one male is Japanese quail another one is Italian. and the hen is Japanese.. i bought them before three weeks ago. @TwoCrows

No i dont know. When i bought them they were big enough...

Give them time. Most likely the time of year has not turned on their hormones yet. Spring has only yet just sprung.
