I have unknown chicken breeds

I just took my blacks & bsl off medicated starter, I bought a 50 pounds bag of reg chicken starter and 3n1 scratch. I just now let them start eating veggies and fruit. They dont seem to like grapes but they love strawberries and apples and bananas. Every veggie I've given them they dont refuse. They eat the grass like its the best thing in the world. Could they be lacking something in their diet? Do they need a specific vitamin? They are spoiled, they come when they are called, they hop in my lap, they'll stay in my lap til I make them move lol.

they arent all mixes. feed stores get their chicks from hatcheries. have you asked the store you got them from were they get their chicks from it could help narrow things down to. our feed store gets theres from ideal poultry hatchry. looks like you might have gotten lucky and got all pullets. looks like you have a bsl, a light brahma, and the two black ones depending on bottom of feet color eaither jg or ba.

what color are the bottom of the black ones feet?

ok this is what i was told about jg.
Jerseys are YELLOW yellow and you'll even see some yellow in the webbing an up the shanks

i have a hen that has whitish feet and was told that she was a ba. and since neither of yours have yellow feet i'm guessing you might have both ba but then again they are hq thus they dont follow standereds even then i was told that hq jg would still have the very yellow feet

I dont mind not knowing... It would be nice to know lol. But, I love them no matter what. I just want some dang eggs. Lol. I've never had fresh eggs before.

if they are as old as you say you should get some soon but be warned they do slow down during winter months from shorter days. fresh eggs are better than store eggs i can tell you that for sure

I cant wait! I run out there every morning let them out in the yard and search everywhere.
