I haven’t seen my Rooster doing his job

I have a hard time telling too and I can't tell either from what I'm seeing. Maybe @Eggcessive can see it.

I've only ever seen my roosters in the act twice in about 8 months. But I have 95% fertility in my hatches. So just because you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't happening!

Would it help to let the eggs sit for a day or two at room temp, and then look? I'm pretty sure that refrigerating them would delay any development.

There doesn't need to be any development to see the blastoderm. Refrigeration won't make it less apparent. And room temps won't cause any development anyway.
