You won't always see them mate. I say go for it

you could crack one open and check for the bullseye.

when we started our turkeys and saw no mating, we used the eggs UNTIL we got eggs with bullseyes on the yolks.

it's a waste of eggs if i incubate them and they aren't fertile! i got my first one today!

they taste ALOT better than chicken eggs... but it wouldn't hurt to try soon!

If you want more guineas I've got some hatching soon. They're lovely reddish eggs, kind of a dull, muted cherry color.
