Name 3 Things You Did Or Will Do Today

DW went to visit her cousin at the extended care.
Took care of the birds
Doing my laundry
Finishing up canning Cranberries
Drop another gallon of syrup on all 3 hives
Kicking back with a PB&J and cold glass of milk, calling it a day.

You need to make a Cranberry pie.

Pies are DW's department, sounds good to me though. Just as soon as I mentioned it DW looking at recipes. Thanks for the suggestion.
No "pie crust" needed.

Cranberry Pie

Butter, to grease the pie plate
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

For the Topping:
2 eggs
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Place the cranberries in a buttered, 9 or10-inch pie plate. Toss the sugar and walnuts over the berries.

Cream the eggs and the butter with the sugar. Mix in the flour.
Spread the topping over the cranberry mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve upside down. May top with whipped cream.

Thank you for this. I have lots of frozen cranberries but no pie crusts…
