It didn't pass, one of the commissioner's objected to hearing "chicken noises while she was having her morning coffee", and the rest were just against it-following her lead.

yea, and she probably has a 1/2 dozen bird feeders out in her yard anyway. really sorry to hear that. I am workin it in the burbs in Illinois

I just don't understand what the big deal is, really, hens are sweet and do such a good job of cleaning up our messes, and then they give us this perfect food. I just feel really sad about people tonight, I spent a long time, many months on this, and my hens are in the backyard soon to be gone
