Mine eat every last scrap, it's a trough though so maybe it's just easy to stand in it and eat every tiny bit.
The pen is soaking wet from a down pour we had last night, they have a dry area under a cover we made, so they don't get wet, but I can't rake until it dries out a bit...whew, the stink. I hope my neighbors think it's coming from the fields down the road.
