I have decided to keep Willoughby, my little Blue Fawn drakelet. I have spoiled him and gotten way too attached to him and just can't let him go

. He's only around 1 month old right now but I know he's going to be a handsome bugger & will be a good match for some of my girls I still have, I am excited to see what he will produce with my newest fawn-colored hen, once he's old enough.

I got a couple pictures after he finished his swim in the creek but I will have to get some better ones once he dries. His head is currently going through the "ugly" stage but he should soon have some pretty brown feathers all over it

Oh Bleenie,

You know you were not gonna get rid of a blue fawn drakelet!

I think he is a handsome young man.

Yes, he certainly will make some pretty babies.

Dont you love it when they are at that stage..al feathers in the front and on top of their wings but then they flap those little wings and they just look....erm...not right. I say to my 2...flap them gorkies and they flap them thinking they are soo big and pretty heheheh

He is adorable... he'll make a great drake and a wonderful dad to boot!

He is so lovely!!!

I wouldn't be able to help myself either!!!
