I just cracked two eggs and both had little blood spots in the yolk?

I cracked a brown egg from one of my Rode Island Reds and a white from my blue Andalusian. What would be the cause of blood spots in the yolk? They eat organic feed and have about 2-6 hours of roaming in the yard? I take good care of the coop, it is cleaned once per week. Is there something I can do or is this normal. I rarely eat my own eggs only because my dad or my husbands mom take them. Thanks Janice

Its normal it happens. I have even found blood spots in store bought eggs before I got my chickens.
