This is not made to be argumentative, but discussonary. I'm a science major/nerd

Wouldn't it be that those birds could tolerate those peppers? Say a chicken from iceland (which too my knowledge has no natural peppers), wouldn't that upset some part of their digestive track?

I thought sensitive lungs= sensitive other parts of the body. I wonder if a plant were growing out where they could get to the peppers if the would eat them all? I know chickens will eat anything that they see (a foam peanut, really?!

) but I never stopped to wonder if they could taste like a human does. I figured they had a tongue so it must burn off like ours does with to much spice they are not used to.
