I just picked up 3 birds on Saturday to add the 2 hens I have and one of the girls looked lethargic yesterday and when I checked her and she was egg bound. I put her in a 5 gallon bucket of warm epsom salt for 30 minutes and again this afternoon and she still hasn't laid the egg. I lost a girl a while ago with the same problem, but caught her too late, this one I believe I got early. PLEASE let me know if there is anything else I can do to help her, I do not want to loose her.

I read that putting them in a warm humid place with dim lighting helps. Not sure it this is true or not but might be worth a try.
