i just set 7 eggs .. hatch day aug 4th.. anyone else?

yesterday I set some Gold Laced Wyandottes--- six eggs---due about the same time....

Me....I'm with ya!! A couple of hours ago I put 8 EE eggs under a broody hen

, so I think that means either Aug 3rd or 4th. I took a picture of the bowl of eggs before I put them under her and I'm hoping to take some pictures of some cute little chicks

in 3 weeks.

I have one Blue/Splash Silkie due on the 4th. The second had a very thin shell and cracked.

i just looked at mine / a flashlight .. (gonna get a lil better set up )
but all 7 of mine have veins & a dark spot that looks like a lil chick!!!!! anybody else look at theirs yet ?

I have 16 Guinea eggs in the incubator and they are due to hatch the 3rd - 5th. (26 - 28 days for them) So i will keep in touch i guess.

Yes i looked at mine. Out of teh 16 i got 13 for sure that are fertilized and 2 im not to possitive about. It is kinda hard to candle Guinea eggs cause they shell is so much thicker than chicken eggs. Good luck!
