I just want to be reasured that Pesca is a girl

    She is three months old, and pretty big. She is a Wellsummer. I heard that if they have a light chest, this means they are female. Her chest is getting lighter slowly [​IMG] But she doesn't seen to have much pattern coming in [​IMG]

    I was trying to get as many as I could, but those little buggers ran around way to quickly.

    Give her a large enough treat and she may stay still long enough to snap her.

    Looks like a pullet, but are you sure she's a welsummer? She's colored differently than any of mine ever have been.

    I am not familiar with the breed but I don't see any pointy sickle or hackle feathers. I am saying pullet.

    I would say pullet , I have had hatchery Welsumers and by now the roos combs have started turning red.
