I could do that, but it would stress me out a lot to have such expensive eggs come in the mail, and through the incubation process, and when they hatched

We were hoping our ayam cemani will turn out to be a roo, too! I have my doubts though - which is hilarious. Usually folks wish they only get pullets. Her/his dad is apparently super gentle and protective. I was like, if I get a rooster - that's the one I want! Instead, I think our ermine ameraucana is showing some early roo signs.
