I've never hatched out ducks before but, I am sure they are worth the wait! Good Luck

Went into lockdown yesterday. 2 hatches this morning and lots of pips.

I have nine out of the 23 that have made it to lockdown (all shipped eggs,so I'm not surprised). I have 3 Light Brahmas and 6 Lavender Orps. Getting very excited for the hatch

I had two ducks suppose to hatch the 14th but my humidity wasn't high enough and

I kind of I did open the eggs and they were dead, all I could do is cry. My husband didn't help he called me a duck killer. This is my first time hatching out anything and we had two chicks due to hatch the 7th of this month and only one hatched, then two ducks on the 14th and none lived. Now we have raised the humidity and we have two more due the 23rd, and 1 due the 30 of this month. I have 2 due the 2nd of December and 2 due the 4th, 7th, and 9th. I am hoping that they all hatch out. I feel so bad. I hope raising the humidity works.
