I doubt it's cubalaya blood. I have F1 cubalaya x oegb and they favor the cubalaya more than oegb, especially in color pattern and tail shape & length, plus they have white legs. The bird pictured is showing slate or green colored legs and a short tail (like Old English or American Gamefowl). Slate legs in cubans only show in pullets on occassion and only in the gold & silver duckwing coloring (see my avatar). Unless you have a black cubalaya - which are quite rare so I doubt it.

What types of chickens do your neighbors keep? That would help determine what they might be.
