I've had small birds for a long time. Mostly finches and canaries. You need to move her to another room where you can keep her isolated from other birds. Keep the room as quite as you can and cover her cage. Uncover it a couple of hours after dawn and recover an hour or two before dark. If you are giving her canary feed, swap it out for finch feed. Any other "breeding" type of treats ( high protien, calcium fortified, etc.) should be stopped. The stress of the move and reduction of calories should interrupt the cycle. Keep her this way for about a month.
However, there are some birds that just will not stop laying. I have one finch who has probably laid over 200 eggs in four years. I isolated her twice; even going so far as taking her to my In-laws' house. But she just kept on laying. She is in her own cage with an older male. I make sure that she has a fortified diet in order to keep up with the egg production. I'm hoping that eventually she wil stop.
