well in the vid he had these very thick wires that hooks up to the circuit breaker. But when I used to go crazy with lights the bill was over $1,000 for December.

UMMMM so he was controlling it through the circuit breaker.. but what did he us to controll the breakers??

You have to buy the light system and need the software to run on the computer. It cost about $500 for the module.
