Hello everyone!
I have turned to this community on countless occasions in times of need or curiosity. The collective knowledge and experience here is invaluable and I am looking forward to participating!
User Sakiza is my girlfriend and together we raise and keep geese, ducks, guinea fowl, peafowl, pheasant, chickens, turkeys, and of course emus. We also raise quail, partridge, and pheasant for release. Finally, we are expecting a pair of swans this week.
As you can imagine this all keeps us incredibly busy. The projects and daily tasks seem endless. Brooding season is brutal (broodal?
). We are constantly learning from both the birds and ourselves.
I am glad to be here and I look forward to sharing this hobby with you, and hopefully I can help one of you out along the way.
