<<<<<<<<<<< on strike!
Hubby blamed everyone in the house for loosing or misplacing his things. Well I don't misplace HIS things but had to clean up his tools, putting them in boxes and keys in the container. Now he could not find anything. Sorry, you got the WRONG person to blame.
So daughter and hubby have their messes....not cleaning up. So far, hubby is cleaning up after himself but daughter isn't. Whats funny is that hubby decided to bag up her clothes that she was lazy about putting them up after folding them, boy, she got up, "saved" the bag and put the things back in the drawers!
Dirty clothes, sorry, none goes in hamper will not be taken down to be washed. You run out, too bad!
Same for the bathroom, daughter has a habit of taking her towels with her in the bedroom or sitting on a chair. She went in, took a shower, voila, NO towels. She was hollering and I refused to help. I told her if she would have put the towels BACK on the drying rack, it would be there on her next shower.
The kitchen was a crumbling mess, crackers, cereal, spilt drinks from both daughter and hubby. Hubby was grumbling about crumbs under his bare feet. Sorry, cleaning lady on strike. Funny he did clean up the living room floor!
Slowly but surely..........as much as I itch to clean it the way I clean, I had to remind myself for my sanity....let them pick up their messes! i gotta stick to my guns! And won't take the blame to "lose" things that both hubby and daughter kept doing. The sockets are still on the kitchen floor...what should I do with those????? Car keys, I won't play the game by throwing them in the box or dump it on the workshop table downstairs. Really, does hubbies need to bring their workshop tools all around the house???!!!
Wont pick up his side table garbage can...overbrimming to the top that the contents spilling over to the floor. I kept mine emptied...what they do, come over to my side of the garbage can and use that one. Grrrrrrrrr! Kitchen, is overflowing but there is a limit to that if it started to stink, I have to take it out. Hubby does not have sense of the smell anymore (it was damaged by accidents and fights, broken his nose more than once).
Yep, day THREE of strike and its looking good little by little!
