So sorry for your loss. I can feel your pain. I had a hen Gladys. She was a special needs Rhode Island Red. I would let her out most days and she would visit the other birds but always came when I called her but most of the time I was out with her except one day when I was distracted a fox got her. If only I had put her back in her pen while I was distracted. Now all of my birds stay in their nice large covered pens. She was such a love and loved to be held. She loved to ride on the tractor with me. Good luck with your other birds. I hope they survive the predators. We have no traffic and live on a dead end road. Again, good luck and have fun with your birds.
