Hi! I have been on here for several months now and figure I ought to tell you a little something about me. First off, thank you to those who have written me with advice on my chickens. I love this forum!
My husband and I moved to Houston, TX, 5 years ago from Richmond, IN. I am a Hoosier by birth and my husband is an engineer Okie (not sure which is worse)
We lived in a motorhome for 4 years before moving to the country in Rosenberg. Pure HEAVEN!! We have an ornery 16 year old cat and 8 chickens. 3 Australorps, 2 Barred Rocks, 3 Red Speckled Sussexs. We are still getting our place in order and trying to figure out what other animals to put on our land. We are new to raising chickens and whatever else we decide to put out here. So you will probably here from me from time to time asking questions.
